DalalaPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Dalala app ("Dalala") and its online service collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Dalala is operated by Cromma ("we", "us"). Contact: support@cromma.ai.
1. What stays on your iPhone
Your original recordings are saved on your iPhone and are never uploaded by Dalala. Pitch detection, note transcription, tempo, key, chords, arrangement and playback of demos run on the device. You can use recording and on-device demos without an account.
2. Information we collect

We do not use advertising SDKs, we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell your information.
3. Service providers
We share information only with providers that run parts of the service for us, and only what each needs:
- Apple — Sign in with Apple and in-app purchases.
- Supabase — account sign-in and our database.
- Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare — hosting, network delivery and private storage of uploaded demos and generated songs.
- RevenueCat — purchase and subscription status, linked to your Dalala user ID.
- ElevenLabs — generates cloud songs from your demo audio, style and lyrics.
- DeepSeek — reviews melody data (no audio, no name or email) to refine demos.
These providers may process information in countries other than yours. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account information, uploaded demos, generated songs, purchase records and feedback while your account exists. Audio files that are uploaded but never used for a song are not kept for future use. Technical logs are kept for up to 30 days.
5. Deleting your account
In the app, open Settings › Account › Delete account. This deletes your account, membership and credit records, and our copies of your uploaded demos, generated songs and feedback screenshots. Recordings and ideas on your iPhone are not affected. An active App Store subscription is managed by Apple: cancel it in your App Store account settings. Records we must keep by law, such as transaction records, are kept only as long as required.
6. Your choices and rights
You can use Dalala without signing in, decide which demos to turn into songs, change your display name, and delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to its use. Email support@cromma.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
Dalala is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Uploaded audio is stored in private storage and is only reachable through short-lived signed links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app.

1. 留在你 iPhone 上的内容
原始录音保存在你的 iPhone 上，哒啦啦从不上传原始录音。音高识别、扒谱、速度、调性、和弦、编配与小样播放都在手机上完成。不登录也可以录音和生成本机小样。

我们不使用广告 SDK，不跨其他公司的 App 或网站追踪你，也不出售你的信息。
3. 服务提供商
我们只与替我们运行部分服务的提供商共享信息，且只共享其必需的部分：
- Apple：通过 Apple 登录与 App 内购买。
- Supabase：账号登录与数据库。
- Amazon Web Services 与 Cloudflare：服务托管、网络传输，以及上传小样与生成歌曲的私有存储。
- RevenueCat：购买与订阅状态，与你的哒啦啦用户 ID 关联。
- ElevenLabs：根据你的小样音频、风格与歌词生成云端歌曲。
- DeepSeek：审阅旋律数据以优化小样（不含音频、姓名或邮箱）。
这些提供商可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理信息。法律要求时，我们也可能披露信息。
4. 保存期限
账号信息、上传的小样、生成的歌曲、购买记录与反馈，在你的账号存续期间保存。已上传但未用于成曲的音频不会留作他用。技术日志最多保存 30 天。
5. 删除账号
在 App 中打开「设置 › 账号 › 删除账号」。这会删除你的账号、会员与积分记录，以及我们保存的上传小样、生成歌曲和反馈截图。你 iPhone 上的录音与灵感不受影响。生效中的 App Store 订阅由 Apple 管理，请在 App Store 账户设置中取消。法律要求保留的记录（如交易记录）只在要求期限内保留。
6. 你的选择与权利
你可以不登录使用哒啦啦，自行决定哪些小样做成歌曲，修改昵称，并随时删除账号。根据你所在地区的法律，你可能有权访问、更正、导出或删除个人信息，或反对其使用。请发邮件至 support@cromma.ai，我们会在 30 天内答复。
7. 儿童
哒啦啦不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集其个人信息。如你认为儿童向我们提供了信息，请联系我们删除。
8. 安全
传输全程使用 HTTPS 加密。上传的音频存放在私有存储中，只能经短时效的签名链接访问。任何传输或存储方式都无法做到绝对安全。
9. 变更
政策变更会发布在本页并更新生效日期。重大变更时，我们也会在 App 内告知。
